And with that victory, they have officially PUNCHED THEIR TICKET to the most prestigious stage in youth flag football: the 2026 NFL Flag National Championship in Canton, Ohio! Get ready for July 2026!
This is a monumental win, marking the THIRD team in just 11 months from 10 to Win Sports Leagues NFL Flag Program to qualify for Nationals! They are following in the footsteps of our successful 14U & 10U Boys teams who competed fiercely at the 2025 National Championships.

Warner Robins and Houston County are bursting with pride as two of our very own 10 to Win Sports Leagues NFL FLAG teams embark on an incredible journey to the National Championship Tournament this week! They're competing on hallowed ground at the NFL Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio!
After dominating their respective regional tournaments – our 14U Boys conquering the Tampa Bay Buccaneers tournament and our 10U Boys triumphing at the Atlanta Falcon tournament – these talented athletes arrived in Ohio today, ready to face the best NFL Flag teams in the nation for the next 4-5 days.
This isn't just a game; it's a testament to their dedication, teamwork, and the power of youth sports in our community.

Boys 14U Team Secures Spot in 2025 NFL Flag Championship
14U Flight Squad now in National Championship Conversation
In an exhilarating display of skill and determination, the Wartown Flight Squad 14U Team has secured their spot in the prestigious 2025 NFL Flag National Championship Tournament. This triumphant achievement was sealed during an adrenaline-fueled visit to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Regional Tournament held this past Saturday November 16th at the South shore Sportsplex in Apollo Beach, Florida.
The Flight Squad faced a rocky start, suffering a narrow one-score defeat in their opening game. However, undeterred by the setback, the team rallied and surged towards victory, stringing together a series of impressive wins. This remarkable comeback not only showcased their resilience but also set the stage for an epic rematch against Miami Elite, an undefeated opponent leading up to the championship game.
At the helm of this young powerhouse was quarterback Kanarion Smith, who orchestrated the offense with poise and precision in his 14th game since moving up from the 12U Flight Squad. His leadership proved pivotal as the team galvanized to deliver standout performances throughout the tournament.
Key contributors to the Flight Squad’s success included Tristan Harry and Makhi Scott-Adkinson, whose explosive plays and relentless defense were instrumental in turning the tide. While Makhi Scott-Adkinson was honored with the tournament MVP title for his electrifying downfield performances, it was Tristan Harry—representing Northside H.S.—who stole the spotlight during the championship game. Harry’s dominant presence on both sides of the ball was crucial, as he made several crucial plays that anchored the team’s victory.
In a thrilling final moment, Arrien Smith, making his debut with the Flight Squad, played a hero's role by securing the championship win with a spectacular catch in tight coverage with only six seconds remaining on the clock. This defining moment not only exemplified the team’s tenacity but also underscored Smith’s potential as a rising star in the program.
With their hard-earned victory, the Wartown Flight Squad 14U Team proudly claimed a regional championship ring and a coveted spot at the NFL Flag Nationals. This highly anticipated multi-day event will take place in Canton, Ohio, in July 2025, where the Flight Squad will represent not only the city of Warner Robins, GA, but also the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Fans can look forward to an unforgettable weekend, as the event will be featured in a weekend-long broadcast by ESPN.
